David Patrick has been co-owner of Patrick Auto Service since 1975. He is also the former owner of American Made Machine Shop, and currently serves as president of Patrick Enterprises. He served as Vice President of Patrick Oil from 1989 to 1995.
This is the third time Patrick has served on the Tulsa City Council, having served District 3 from 1996 to 1998 and again from 2002-2004. Patrick says he is proud to again serve the residents of District 3. His major goals for District 3 are to fix the city’s streets, abate crime, create more jobs, remove blight, promote a better quality of life, plan better, and assist seniors.

In 2002, David Patrick worked on a number of legislative projects to improve all areas of the City of Tulsa.  He was then the Chairman of a Council Subcommittee which updated and revised Tulsa’s ordinance which governs the local massage industry.  He also worked diligently to limit the use of breakable glass bottles in neighborhood parks. He also helped to provide a payment plan system for home owners who have been billed by the City for mandatory cleanup or mowing of their property.

Outside the Council office, David Patrick has been an active supporter of Boy Scouts and was a member of the Maxwell Recreation Center Council during the 1980s. He continues to be involved with as many outside professional organizations as time permits.  A 1969 graduate of Will Rogers High School, he is an automotive specialist, with substantial experience repairing and improving the performance of engines. He still enjoys maintaining his first car, a 1951 Henry J.  The car is considered a classic by collectors and automotive enthusiasts.

He married wife, Dannette, in 1970. They have a son, David Jason Patrick, and a daughter, Crista Caye Wolfe. They are also the proud grandparents of David Clifton Patrick, Kyler Jason Patrick, Madison Jade Patrick and Luna-Kaeleen Wolfe.
