Important Information Regarding Appeals
Per the Tulsa City Council Rules & Order of Business, for an
appeal to be considered by the City Council [if an appeal is
permitted under City Charter or ordinance], the appellant must
submit the request in writing, and have it duly recorded by the
City Clerk [Street Level, City Hall].
Once completed, the appellant shall deliver a copy to the
Secretary of the Council [4th Floor, City Hall], doing so in a
timely manner as specified by the City Charter, or applicable
ordinance.
