At its January 24th meeting, the Tulsa City Council adopted a slate of priorities for FY2008-09. The Compendium of Needs is a compilation of the City Council's budget and policy priorities for the upcoming fiscal year, organized broadly into eight areas that contribute to our quality of life, and including internal city processes. The Compendium was developed through a two-part process. Councilors first identified specific issues for further consideration. Those issues were then circulated and Councilors identified their top five priorities in each category, and ranked them.
