On June 17, the Tulsa City Council voted unanimously to approve the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 budget, totaling approximately $1.227 billion.

During Wednesday's 5 p.m. regular meeting, Mayor Monroe Nichols presented a $1.22 billion budget for Fiscal Year 2027 to the Tulsa City Council, which included a $443.7 million budget for the General Fund. The General Fund supports the City’s day-to-day operations and reflects a continued commitment to fiscal responsibility while also taking steps to strengthen public safety, improve neighborhood conditions, and invest in the workforce needed to deliver core City services. “T
