he Tulsa City Council lost a dear friend when Tulsa World City Hall reporter Brian Barber passed away on Jan. 9.
Barber died after a long struggle with heart failure and complications related to two heart transplants. He was 39.
Barber connected the City Council to the public through his journalism.
He will forever be considered a part of the City Council family.
