The City Council and the Mayor met on Wednesday, January 11 to plan and discuss a variety of priorities they identified for the City of Tulsa in the upcoming year. The goal of this annual retreat is to find a consensus on policy priorities for the City and establish a vision for the annual budget.
Topics included homelessness, housing supply and habitability, neighborhood conditions, capital projects, public safety, customer service and accessibility, employee recruitment and retention, and more.
Department heads and other City staff were also in attendance to hear the discussion.
